Welcome to Athens! Before getting started, read about how to enjoy your time in Athens with this pass.
Your pass includes entry to selected experiences listed within the app, which are available to redeem within two days from the date you first use the pass. To redeem your tickets, select ‘Redeem’ in the attraction’s listing, choose a date and time if required, and confirm. If you have passes for more than one person activated in your app, please select which pass you would like to allocate a ticket to. Open and present the QR code on the ticket at the entry gate. After redeeming a ticket, you must wait at least one hour before being able to redeem another.
Entry to the Acropolis is subject to availability. Booking is required and as it is extremely popular, we recommend you book your ticket as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You may only enter the Acropolis during your selected date and timeslot and your ticket cannot be cancelled or changed once booked.
Your pass includes free self-guided tours of the Acropolis and Athens old town. These tours include text, audio, and short videos. We recommend you download them over WiFi ahead of time as the mobile network may be weak in parts of Athens. The media is not designed to autoplay, so at each stop, select the relevant stories and press play.
To enjoy the maps and self-guided tours, and to receive notifications about nearby experiences and other important information, please enable location settings on your phone.

Your pass will expire automatically on 31 March 2026 if it’s not used.
All benefits included in the pass will be available to redeem within two consecutive calendar days from the date you first use your pass, after which they will expire.
